How did I come to MHC?

My wife and I were driving around looking for an In-N-Out Burger when we noticed the beautiful front lawn! All kidding aside, some friends invited us.

About my family:

I lucked out and got Susan as my wife. I am also incredibly fortunate to have Cliff, Matthew, Lindy and Amanda as my children. Oh, and I always have a pet cat around.

What is my role at MHC?

I oversee all men's ministries, those being retreats, special events and bible studies. Regarding community responsibilities, I oversee our outreach to seniors, developmentally challenged adults, foster kids and special local relief efforts. Under caring ministries I oversee our visitation, meals and prayer teams.

What is the best part of my role?

Diversity, I love seeing God work in so many different and amazing ways.

What is my favorite place on earth?

Anywhere where I am with my wife and kids, except Bakersfield.

What makes me laugh?

Mel Brooks and old Chevy Chase movies, Charles Barkley is also hilarious.

What makes me cry?

When I see a child with a sad face, living without hope.

Something you may not know about me:

I actually used to have a full head of hair. I also used to be a writer and I once conducted a private interview with Joe DiMaggio.
